In the late 1980’s, the idea of a graduate chapter of Omega Psi Phi in Utah was given thought by 13 Brothers, who had been transplanted to the state. The Brothers believed that a graduate chapter would be a better way to deeply seed and proliferate Omega roots in the state of Utah.

We will also recognize those individuals at the local and international levels who have made a noteworthy contribution toward improving the quality of life for Black Americans in Utah.
